Carissa Andrews:Hi there, neurodivergent Manifestors. Welcome back to the Manifest Differently podcast. So today we're going to be diving into something that's been on my heart how to hold your light, your vision and your power during chaotic times. We're living through a pivotal moment in history. There's a shift happening, one that feels overwhelming on the surface, but underneath it there's hope, there's a sense of calm and knowing that something bigger and better is on the horizon if we choose to focus on it Now.
Carissa Andrews:What's happening right now isn't just a political or cultural battle. This is an energetic war, and those who thrive on fear and division know exactly what they're doing. They feed off of our energy, especially when we're reacting in fear, anger or despair. So today I want to talk about how to hold the vision of what we want, elevate the vibe and stay out of the traps that drain our energy. Let's set our intention for this episode. I choose to focus on what I want to see in the world. I am a powerful creator and my energy makes a difference. Can you hold that intention? I thought so.
Carissa Andrews:So, before we dive in, let's take a moment to reset, close your eyes, if you're in a safe space, and take a deep breath in and exhale slowly and exhale slowly. Imagine all the noise, the social media, fear, chaos draining out of your body like static electricity. Breathe in calm, clarity and hope. Hold it and exhale, letting your energy expand like a bright light. You are safe, you are powerful. So let's begin.
Carissa Andrews:Let's talk about what's really happening right now. On the surface, it looks like chaos, right. Social media shutdowns with TikTok. It looks like chaos, right. Social media shutdowns with TikTok, censorship happening once it came back up, political division and a barrage of fear-based news. It's very easy to feel overwhelmed or powerless, but this isn't just about politics or platforms. This is an energetic war, and fear is the weapon. The more fear they can generate, whether it's through controlling narratives, creating division or amplifying chaos, the more energy they collect. Even when we're resisting them, if we're consumed by fear or anger, we're still feeding the system. We're still feeding their power. So, with that in mind, then, how do we fight back? Not by resisting harder, obviously, or screaming louder, but we win by stepping into our light and focusing on what we do want. This is about holding the vision of justice, equality and peace, even when the world feels dark.
Carissa Andrews:Now I want to share something personal with you. After the election results came in, I noticed something surprising. When I saw the news, I felt calm, definitely different from what it felt like in 2016. There was no panic, no fear, just a deep sense of peace. It felt kind of like a quiet reminder from the universe that something bigger is unfolding, trust the process. I've never felt that calm before, at least not like that. Even as the surface level chaos continues, I have maintained that level of calm right, and it's not that I'm ignoring reality, it's that I'm choosing to anchor to a higher frequency and I think many of you have felt this too.
Carissa Andrews:On TikTok, for instance, many of us are calling it the 4am club, like where we woke up at the same time. We knew something had shifted, but we knew what we had to lock in on. The calm is really a sign of alignment. It's a reminder that even when the world is loud, we can stay connected to our inner knowing and our vision. And that's continued for me. That's continued from the moment I had that weird wake up all night long, like I was thinking about it all night long and woke up and it was just like something had shifted and I didn't even bother looking at my phone.
Carissa Andrews:But this kind of energy is what we need right now. We need to cultivate it. We need to hold the calm, the peace and the vision, and when we do, we become immune to the chaos around us. We stop feeding the fear. So here's the thing Focusing on what you're afraid of only gives it more power, and when you're consumed by thoughts like I don't want this or this can't be happening, you're still directing your energy toward that outcome. You're amplifying what you don't want. As Abraham Hicks calls it, you're focusing on the wrong end of the stick, but when you shift your focus, when you visualize what you do want, you reclaim your power. You no longer are feeding the system that thrives on fear. Instead, you're creating a new reality.
Carissa Andrews:This doesn't mean ignoring the world, though, or pretending that everything's fine. It means choosing your focus intentionally. If your intuition tells you to take practical steps like connecting with your local community, learning new platforms or protecting your digital presence, of course do it, but do it from a place of empowerment, not fear. There's a difference, like for me. I left meta, and I did it from a place of empowerment. I did it from a place of oh hell, no, I'm not going back there, okay, and it wasn't fear. It wasn't like, oh no, oh no, they're gonna come chase me down. It was hell. No, I'm no longer supporting you and your craziness. Right, remember, you're a light worker, your energy is powerful and they know that. And the more of us who hold the vision, the faster we can tip the scales. Okay, it's so important.
Carissa Andrews:This is no different from any other manifestation that we're trying to call in. When we want something, we have to lock it in, knowing it's ours. The answer is already yes, but we can't allow resistance or other things to deviate us from the course. We otherwise it's not locked in right. We've opened up ourself from a particle back up into a wave, allowing other BS to shift and change our direction. We are not going to do that. We're going to stand in our power and know this is the direction we're going right. So here's some tools, some practical tools I want to give you to be able to help you stay aligned and out of fear during this time, because I know many of us, especially on TikTok and other platforms, we're asking the question how do we stay aligned, how do like, what do we even do, if our elected officials aren't standing up? Well, here's what we can do. Okay.
Carissa Andrews:Tip one daily visualization practices. It might sound simple, it might sound like duh, carissa, but hear me out. I want you to spend 10 minutes every morning visualizing the world you want to see. Okay, imagine justice, equality and peace. Feel it as if it's already real. This isn't just about daydreaming, it's manifesting on a collective level. I would even take it so far as like, let's all pick a time of the day to do it at the same time, where we're all doing it together. Okay, I don't know what that looks like. I don't know how we'd coordinate it. If you have suggestions, come over to Substack and let's chat about it. There's so many ways we can do this collectively and it would be powerful. Okay, lynn McTaggart, in her power of eight, talked about this, and it only takes eight people to truly amplify collective energetic system. So let's do it on a much bigger level. Let's do it so.
Carissa Andrews:Tip two affirmations for focus and strength. I love affirmations because it helps me to remember that I have a choice. In the past, I wasn't always a huge fan of affirmations, but I get it now. I love how it can tweak and shift my thinking, especially if I allow fear to creep in, okay, so if you are allowing fear to creep in or if it crops up and you need to refocus and shift, here are some examples I want you to think about.
Carissa Andrews:Number one I hold the vision of a better world Like it's yours. It's actually yours. Hold that vision, hold the line. Yeah. Number two my energy contributes to collective peace and justice. And the caveat there. When you think that one, my energy contributes to collective peace and justice. And the caveat there when you think that one my energy contributes to collective peace and justice, it means you're not contributing to the fear and disruption. Yeah. Number three I am calm, powerful and aligned. This one centers you into your purpose. It centers you into your energy, puts you back into your power. All right.
Carissa Andrews:Tip three energetic protection. Now, when you're doing your meditations in the morning, you can do this alongside it, but imagine yourself surrounded like by a shield of light. White light works really well because it's so pure, but imagine it repelling negativity, keeping your energy intact. You can also do this where you call any energy that you have knowingly or unknowingly dispersed throughout the day, or the weeks, months, years, whatever. Call all of your energy back across all timelines, across all universes whatever feels good to you, call it back, put it in your shield of light and do it anytime you feel drained or overwhelmed, but definitely, definitely right before you go into meditation, especially like the visualizations we were just talking about. All right, tip four I want you to seek out authentic connections.
Carissa Andrews:Visit platforms like Neptune when it's launched. It's in process right now. Blue Sky, substack and even, yes, red Note are creating spaces for real conversations. So when we connect with others outside the rhetoric, what we realize is that we're not so different. These connections are a part of the revolution. Is that we're not so different? These connections are a part of the revolution. This is what they don't want you to know. We are all one. We are all the same. We all want the same thing. We're just being told what to think. We're being told what to see. Go see it for yourself. All right.
Carissa Andrews:Tip five limit fear-based media. Be mindful of what you consume. Choose content that uplifts you and empowers you, not content that feeds fear and division. Okay, your energy is important, so put your energy and power into what feels good. If you are a news person, get off of legacy news right now, because you're being fed propaganda. Okay, start looking for news in better places. Look in sources like on Substack. You're going to find non-biased news places there. You'll have to do your own research to find where those people are and who they are, but you can find some very good news on Substack.
Carissa Andrews:Okay, tip six take aligned action, whether it's joining a local group, volunteering or sharing your voice on new platforms. Small actions create big ripples, so do what feels aligned with your values in the real world too. Even if this is an energetic war, you still have to feel connected, and we are social beings. Right. This is why social media is the new place of the war zone. We are social beings looking for our connection, our place in this world, and they are actively attacking those places. However, we are resilient, we are powerful. We can manifest new platforms. We can manifest new ways to connect. We will always use the law of attraction to our benefit. So don't fear.
Carissa Andrews:All right, here's your quick takeaway for today. Remember, you have a choice. You can choose to focus on fear and chaos, or you can focus on the vision of what you want. Spend the next 24 hours intentionally redirecting your thoughts Whenever fear creeps in. Pause, breathe and ask yourself what do I want instead, then take one small step to amplify that vision.
